Judge Rakes Justice over the Coals for it’s Case against NSA Whistleblower

Federal Judge verbally dresses down Justice for it’s handling of former NSA whistleblower Thomas Drake’s case saying it was “unconscionable” and that it didn’t “pass the smell test.”
